Data Controller
The website may be accessed by Users with no need of communicating their personal data. But after browsing the website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The Data Processor is EURAP, a non-profit organization with registered offices in Milan, Via Santa Maria Valle 5.

Type of processed data, purposes, and legal basis of processing
EURAP uses solely data spontaneously provided by the User. The types of data processed by the Data Controller include:
a) Browsing data
During the ordinary course of operations, IT systems and software procedures for running this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols of the Internet.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified data subjects, but by their own very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, made only after prior explicit request from the judicial authority.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the website, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters related to the users’ operating system and their IT environment.
These data, in any event immediately deleted after its processing, are used by EURAP for the sole purpose of drawing anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and checking that it runs properly.
However, the said data could be kept by the hosting provider for security purposes and be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. In this case the data will be accessible only to the Authorities and for these purposes.
b) Data gathered via contact form
The website, through the page “Contact EURAP”, collects personal data identifying data subjects (i.e. name, surname, phone number and e-mail) voluntarily provided by the user to allow the Data Controller to reply to any questions or requests for information. Filling out the data collection form implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email, needed to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.
c) Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. Furthermore, no web analytics software is installed, nor statistics are carried out on the visits to the website and/or the mostly visited pages.
More generally, this website does not use the so-called persistent cookies (i.e. cookies that remain stored until they are manually deleted by the User). The website only uses the so-called session cookies, that are not persistently stored on the visitor’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed. This use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary for an easier website navigation.

Personal data are processed in paper and/or electronic form, also by means of automated tools.
They are processed in accordance with specific security measures in order to prevent the loss, unlawful or improper use of data and unauthorized access.
For the attainment of above purposes, no transfers of personal data will be carried out outside the European Economic Area (EU).
We inform however that the communications via Internet such as e-mail or webmail may pass through different nations before reaching the recipients. EURAP cannot be liable for any unauthorized access, nor for the loss of personal information outside its purview.
Retention time
