EURAP Software

To facilitate accurate reporting of pregnancies and efficient transmission, a software program has been specifically developed. For each pregnancy, there are 5 separate sub-forms (A,B,C,D and E) to be completed by the reporting physician during the follow-up. The EURAP software enables the reporting physicians to:

• have a personalized access to the data they have registered.
• quickly transmit the patients’ data within the online platform.
• receive prompt feedback from the Central Registry.

For each registered physician, the access to their individual area of the database does simply occur by opening an internet browser and by going to the dedicated web page where the Eurap Central database is hosted.

The Central Registry staff does promptly provide an online technical support and assistance, if needed.
